1. About Aurora
Aurora Digital Talent Agency connects clients with independent digital talent and may manage briefing, matching, communication, quality review, invoicing, and delivery.
2. Engagement & Scope
Each paid engagement is governed by an accepted quotation, project agreement, statement of work, or other written confirmation defining scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, fees, and responsibilities.
3. Payments
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes, and payment deadlines are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Aurora may pause work when payment obligations are overdue.
4. Revisions & Changes
Unless otherwise stated in writing, project pricing includes up to three reasonable revision rounds within the approved scope. New deliverables, material scope changes, rush requests, onsite work, equipment, transport, or third-party costs may be quoted separately.
5. Talent Matching & Replacement
Aurora recommends talent based on available information and project requirements. When an assigned talent becomes unavailable or is materially unsuitable, Aurora may offer reasonable replacement support.
6. Communication
Official enquiries and commercial communication are handled through Aurora. Clients should use the email and project channels designated by Aurora.
7. Non-Circumvention
Clients and talent introduced through Aurora must not intentionally bypass Aurora to avoid agreed service fees or contractual obligations. Any specific restriction period or conversion fee must be stated in the signed project agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property specifically created for a client transfers to the client only after the applicable written transfer conditions are satisfied and all related invoices have been paid in full. Pre-existing tools, templates, know-how, licensed materials, and third-party assets remain subject to their original ownership or licence terms.
9. Confidentiality & NDA
Confidential information must be handled according to the applicable project agreement or NDA. Aurora may require talent to sign project-specific confidentiality obligations.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and kill-fee rules are defined per quotation or project agreement until Aurora adopts a standard commercial policy.
11. Limitation & Responsibility
Each party remains responsible for information, materials, approvals, access, and actions under its control. Any liability limitations should be defined in the applicable signed agreement.
