Working talent terms for Aurora Digital Talent Agency. A project-specific Talent Agreement may contain additional or different terms.
1. Independent Talent
Aurora Talent participates as an independent professional unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Joining Aurora does not guarantee project volume, employment, salary, or exclusivity.
2. Eligibility & Profile Accuracy
Talent must provide accurate professional information, a valid portfolio, and truthful representations of skills, experience, availability, and work ownership.
3. Selection & Public Profiles
Submission does not guarantee approval. Aurora may review portfolios, interview applicants, request a skill assessment, recommend a market-aligned rate, and decide whether a profile is published, paused, or removed from the active network.
4. Project Commitments
Accepted projects must be completed professionally, on time, and according to the approved brief. Talent must communicate risks, delays, conflicts, or unavailable periods promptly through Aurora.
5. Client Communication
Commercial arrangements, quotations, invoicing, scope changes, and official project communication are managed through Aurora unless Aurora authorises another workflow in writing.
6. Non-Circumvention
Talent must not intentionally bypass Aurora to directly contract with clients introduced through Aurora in a way that avoids agreed Aurora fees or contractual obligations. Specific periods and conversion arrangements should be defined in the applicable Talent Agreement.
7. Fees & Payment
Talent compensation is agreed per project or engagement. Payment timing, deductions, approved expenses, and any service margin are documented before work begins.
8. Revisions & Quality
Talent must respond reasonably to feedback within the agreed scope and support Aurora quality-control requirements. Unless otherwise agreed, client projects may include up to three revision rounds.
9. Intellectual Property
Talent must have the right to use all materials submitted or incorporated into deliverables. Project-specific intellectual property may transfer to the client after the agreed transfer conditions and full payment are satisfied. Pre-existing talent assets remain subject to agreed licences.
10. Confidentiality
Talent must protect confidential client and Aurora information and sign an NDA when required.
11. Portfolio Use
Talent may only showcase client work when permitted by the applicable project terms, client approval, confidentiality obligations, and Aurora instructions.
12. Other Work
Aurora Talent may work with other clients or platforms as long as doing so does not compromise agreed Aurora project commitments, confidentiality, or conflicts of interest.
